• Cancellations after materials have been ordered or work has begun may incur charges for labour, materials, or losses incurred.

• Any changes to an order may affect the delivery timeframe and final pricing.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

• Payment terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

• Stairs & More reserves the right to withhold or delay delivery of goods or services if payment terms are not met.

• Final payment will be due at practical completion of any installation.
